Tuesday Bushcraft Builders 7th, 14th of July,
Sessions start at 9.30am and finish at 12.30pm.
Get ready to explore, create and build in this hands-on outdoor adventure.
The day begins with a visit to the farm where children will help feed the goats and chickens connecting with the animals that call Wollemi Ridge home.
From there, we'll set off on the Wombat Walk, exploring the bush and collecting natural materials such as sticks, bark, leaves and other treasures that can be used in our building projects.
Back at base, children will work together to learn basic bushcraft skills as they design and construct their own bush den. Through teamwork, creativity and problem-solving, they'll discover how people can use natural materials to create practical shelters in the outdoors.
We will sit down and have lunch together after the craft activity. You are welcome to pack a lunch or select our Kids Club lunch pack when booking.
This session encourages confidence, imagination, resilience and a deeper connection to the natural environment while providing plenty of opportunities for hands-on play and exploration.
