Monday Farm Day 6th, 13th of July,

Sessions start at 9.30am and finish at 12.30pm

Get your hands dirty and discover life on a small-scale farm with Farmer Aaron.

Children will spend the morning exploring the Harvest Farms, meeting our friendly goats and chickens, and learning about seasonal produce and how food is grown. Along the way, they'll discover the important role insects play in a healthy garden ecosystem.

After their farm adventure, children will create their very own bug hotel using natural materials collected around Wollemi Ridge, providing a safe haven for beneficial insects to call home.

We will sit down and have lunch together after the craft activity. You are welcome to pack a lunch or select our Kids Club lunch pack when booking.

This hands-on session encourages curiosity, connection to nature and a deeper understanding of where our food comes from.

Activities Include:

  • Meet Farmer Aaron
  • Feed the goats and chickens
  • Learn about seasonal produce and sustainable growing
  • Explore the farm and gardens
  • Build a bug hotel to take home
  • Lunch amongst the bush

Take Home: Handmade bug hotel and plenty of farm-inspired knowledge.
